Emm.. what should i bake in such short time.. my ever trustworthy banana chocolate chips of course.. this recipe has never fail me.. and tar tar tar tar.. they are packed into 2 pcs each.

Lemon Madelanies

Bought a heart shape mould from poon huat this morning, can't wait to try it out... but there are only 12 pcs in one mould, i guess i need to get another one.

Too lazy to wait to reuse the heart shape mould, i baked the rest in mini paper cups... they turns out quite well, planning to pack these little lemon madelaines for Ning's classmates on her last lesson of the term.

Cereal Prawns

This is one of Charlene's favourite dish, I remembered once very long ago, she asked if i can cook this during one of our mj session, I told her it seems quite difficult.

Anyway, i decided to give it try.. and tar tar tar tem.. here it is... i used too much butter and cereals are kind of stick together...

Will cook again till i prefect my skill.. and impress her on another of our mj session.

Strawberry Ciffon Cake

My Strawberry ciffon cake turns out not sweet enough.

Ning look so delighted when i handed her a whole ciffon cupcake... i usually will only pinch some for her. She quickly get into her favourite position on the sofa infront of the TV and started digging into it. Eden had to pick up the crumbs she left behind, and the remaining half of the cupcake, pressed into a ball...

What's this called?

The auntie selling vegie keep asking me to buy this, i've never cook this before, dun know what its good for and how it taste like, i dun even know how does it looks like inside.. (shd have taken a shot when i halfed it). Eden said she cooked this in Philippines, said it taste like papaya, she used to cook this with eggs. Seems like they'd cook everything with eggs in Philippines, she would cook sardine with eggs, miced chicken with eggs, eggplant with eggs..

I stir-fried it with mushroom, shrimp, chicken (whatever i can find from my fridge) and oyster sauce. It doesn't have a strong taste on its own, light and abit crunchy like cucumber. i like it, Ning's daddy dun mind it too, will try making soup with this next time.

So... what exactly is this called?

Fluffy Banana Chocolate Cake

Had a failed attempt on pineapple tarts today, my milk powder are still lumpy in my dough, i think i sift them too early and let them waited to long while i make my filling balls, and while waiting for my butter to soften..

Anyway i baked a banana cake to statisfy my baking craves.. i used recipe from jan's kitchen, thanks for sharing this recipe!

I halfed the recipe (in case i fail again) and added some chocolate chips cos my buddy Priscilia once told me "anything would be nice with chocolates!"

I'd say this is really really good! You believe me or not? :)

Chocolate Fudge Cake Loafs

Tried Betty Crockers Chocolate Fudge Super Moist Cake Mix, and here it is...

I used 2 small retangular tins rather than a round one, and they ended up looking like 2 loafs of chocolate bread, I really wonder why did it raised so much. They were looking like 2 erupting volcanos when in the oven, with lavas flowing out of the centre.

But still, they are yummy, soft and moist as the packaging has promised.
