Attended a cupcake workshop at Shermay's Cooking School a few months ago, here's what I came home with, 12 beautifully decorated cuppies... they were so delicious!

Ice cream cones cupcakes

Ning love to watch her Strawberry Shortcake cartoon VCD. In one of the episode "Cooking Up Fun - Piece Of Cake" Orange Blossom did a ice cream cone cake. I decided to give it a try.

I gave it to Ning while she was watching the cartoon today, she was so excited, she must have thought I took it right out from the TV screen.

Mini Rasberry White Chocolate Cupcakes

I was baking some cupcakes for Ning's classmates yesterday, used up the ramains of the batter for these mini ones. They are really tiny and cute. Ning ate 8 and still want more.

Peach Muffins

Thanks Aunty Yochana for sharing the recipe for this muffins. They are really good... soft and fluffy and refreshing! Just like what I expected them to be. This is a simple n easy recipe, and the best part is, you dun need to use a electric mixer to make these, so one less tools to wash :)

Mocha Cupcakes

Saw this recipe from the latest copy of Women's Weekly magazine and I was very keen to try it out. It uses yogurt instead of butter. The coffee and cocoa aroma was heavenly while it bakes, but the taste was not as good as I've expected, the texture of the cake was abit rubbery, I think I did not beat the egg long enough. Will try making them again, hoping.. practice makes perfect!

Durian Cupcakes

These durians cupcakes has fresh puree durian fillings, I made 35 cuppies from 4 boxes durians I bought from Giant. Yum yum, they taste even better when serve chilled.

Oreo Cupcakes

Will be hanging out with my buddy tomorrow and I wanted to bake her something...

Had all the ingredients to make Oreo Cupcakes, so I tried it out. As usual, TT is very keen to help, so she crushed the oreo cookies for me. I filled the muffins cups too much and the cakes are flowing out of the cup halfway thru the baking process, so you can imagine the mess I had in the oven.

I only had a couple of nice ones.. so i decided to keep them all for ourselves.

Other than the appearance, I like the taste of this cake, soft and spongy, and fragranted with oreo. This is the 1st time I bake with yogurt, and I like the result. Not so buttery and I guess that means less fattening. Will use this recipe to try out Blueberry, Strawberry cupcakes soon.

We snacked on those little lemon madelaines till we don't have enough left for Ning's classmates, so i need to rush out something before we leave for Ning's lesson today...

Emm.. what should i bake in such short time.. my ever trustworthy banana chocolate chips of course.. this recipe has never fail me.. and tar tar tar tar.. they are packed into 2 pcs each.
