Strawberry Victoria Swiss Rolls

My first swiss rolls.. emm... its a failure lah....

I tried using strawberry jam and ready-made whipped cream for the fillings, but the whipped cream just woudn't stay, its dissapears even before i finish rolling my cake. This cake became overly sweet in the end due to the jam and cream... Not wanting to waste it, TT finished up the cake for me.. hehe.. in fact, she thinks they are good.

Pandan Victoria Sandwiches with Durian Fillings

Pandan and durian turns out to be quite a good combination. This cake is another easy-to-make. But as you can see, I did not cut it nicely, I used a bread knife (big mistake!). Its about time a get a good knife for cutting and slicing cakes.
