Another attempt on this and it turns out much better, I only tried one piece and the rest are packed into container and given to Ailin as a token of appreciation cos she help her friends ordered some cookies from me.
So, sometime now.. I still wonder how does this taste like.. hehe.. I can only remember it has a lemon fragrance cos I added lemon paste.
Will make some more of these for myself again.
