200g self raising flour
30ml Lemon Juice
1tsp Lemon paste
200g Plain yogurt
- Mix butter and sugar and double boil in a pot over hot water. Stir till well blend and leave it to cool.
- Add yogurt, lemon juice, lemon paste, eggs into the butter mixture, stir till well combined.
- Pour mixture into sifted flour, fold lightly till well combined.
- Bake in pre-heated oven at 180C for 25mins.
